Start Richmond Station

Finish at pub/cafe, or back at the station

Richmond is one of London’s prettiest places. It’s full of charming old houses, cute pubs and restaurants, has a lovely village green and sits on a very picturesque stretch of the River Thames. And a short sharp walk through a lovely park takes you up to the top of Richmond Hill, famous for its amazing views.  But if some (or all) of your party don’t fancy the walk up the hill, there’s a very nice cafe in the park where one can stop instead.

If the weather is good you might want to make a day of it here, so we can finish the walk at a riverside pub or cafe if you wish.
