You’re taken into the Fitzrovia and Mayfair areas to see the inside and out of a series of beautiful, historic, interesting churches which are hidden away in plain sight. There are 2 Anglican, 1 Anglican Evangelical, 2 Roman Catholic, 1 Ukranian Greek Catholic, 1 Jesuit Catholic and 1 Welsh Baptist. 6 of the 8 are always open and you may see inside another if you’re lucky. And just from the outside you also see Christian Science and Jesus Evangelical (housed in an ex-protestant clergyman training building) places, and a Buddhist temple. Most of these wonderful places are grade listed and as well as them, you also see some other wonderful old architecture too which includes an ex-Spanish embassy and superb Georgian buildings.
